It also needed a real lead-generation engine to grow past word-of-mouth referrals. This spa marketing case study covers the full digital marketing foundation I built: a new website, an online booking system, local SEO, and both paid and organic acquisition. The goal was simple \u2014 scale bookings without depending on any single channel.<\/p><h2 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Process<\/strong><\/h2><p dir=\"ltr\">First, I built the brand&#8217;s digital infrastructure end to end. This meant developing the website, setting up booking software, and optimizing the Google Business profile. Next, I structured local SEO and used client reviews to reinforce it. I then ran paid ads on a $500 to $750 monthly budget alongside organic SEO, testing the two channels against each other. Finally, I built out multiple email marketing campaigns to convert and retain clients.<\/p><h2 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Results<\/strong><\/h2><p dir=\"ltr\">As a result, the email list grew 82%, and the average open rate rose to 52%. That work generated $17.6K in attributable sales and built a client directory of 1,158 contacts. After cutting the paid ad budget, total new traffic held flat at 2.6K users year over year. Recent groundwork already supports that push. The client database and email outreach moved from Square to Vagaro. A new WordPress website launched. Monthly newsletters now run through an automated email funnel.
